THE LAUNCH OF THE PRN SPECIAL PORTAL AND THE INAUGURATION OF THE SELANGOR MEDIA OFFICE BY THE CHIEF MINISTER OF SELANGOR

YAB Dato’ Menteri Besar of Selangor, Dato’ Seri Amirudin Shari has launched the prnselangor.my portal, a special portal for the Selangor state election (PRN) in conjunction with his official visit to the Selangor Media headquarters in Shah Alam. The portal developed by Media Selangor will provide live reports on the progress of the Selangor PRN along with analytical information for all Selangor State Legislative Assembly (DUN) seats.
The prnselangor.my portal can be accessed by the public using desktops and smartphones to get the latest Selangor PRN information, including information on the candidates who will contest, which will be updated on the portal after candidate nomination day on 29 July.
Dato’ Seri Amirudin Shari also completed the inauguration of the Selangor Media headquarters at Menara Bank Rakyat Shah Alam after the launch of the portal witnessed by the Selangor State Secretary, Dato’ Haris Kasim; Members of the Selangor Media Board of Directors; Chairman of the Advisory Board
Selangor Media Editorial, Tan Sri Johan Jaaffar; and Selangor Media Chief Executive Officer, Mohamed Fareed Mohamed Ashaaree. Also present at the ceremony was the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer of MBI Selangor, Pn. Hajah Norita Mohd Sidek and Mr. Saipolyazan Mat Yusop.
Selangor Media through its digital TV platform – SelangorTV also brings a special show ahead of the PRN, ‘Undi Selangor’, an infotainment program that brings news such as the activities of the PRN candidates, state assembly seat profiles, analysis of the results, as well as Selangor community activities which is broadcast every Monday to Friday, 5.00 evening on the channel

The Selangor Vote broadcast was increased from the nomination day on July 29 to four times per day (9.00 am, 1.00 pm, 5.00 pm and 9.00 pm).
